Salary ranges for CBO-2 at start-up in Bay Area?

And KeyBank position is a private client advisor pay is $67k but bonus can range from $10k -$25k depending on performance and other compensation factors. I’m four months into my job and I got put onto a PIP. I worked so hard to break into IB, put up all the hours and even working 2am nights for weeks, learned a ton, and improved a lot along the way as the sole analyst yet this happens. Couldn't attend this interview at PwC due to last minute technical difficulties. I requested HR to reschedule it. She said it's not possible this week and she'll try her best for the next week. I am really tensed, I don't want to throw away this opportunity. I was really looking forward for the interview. Would they really reschedule my interview?

PWC AC Kolkata UK team is the worst team.

They put a status call at 10 in the morning and expect to work throughout the day till 9PM with all the calls at night

If someone logs off at 8ish also. It is considered as early off. One the worst work life balance ever in UK supporting organisation.
