I just signed the offer letter from Absolutdata acquired by Infogain , and even before joining the company they sent me a welcome kit.
I am unsure of joining them in case I get a better counter offer, but I am a bit worried now since they already sent me a welcome kit. I am wondering what made them sure that I will join them and not any other company. Is it that after signing offer letter I cannot join other company?

I have selected in amdocs and my joining date will be 26 th of may. They offered me 8.5LPA fixed with 2.9 yoe at that time but now I have bigger offer. Do they consider counter offer. ?
