I have a doubt regarding the BGV process with First Advantage. In the employment section, for the "When to contact" field, I have selected a date after my Last Working Day (LWD).

Could someone please clarify whether this date should be before or after the LWD?

Also, if I’ve given a date after my LWD, will it cause any delay in receiving the D-Start mail?

I'm a bit confused about this part and would appreciate any guidance.

Curious if anyone else is or has been in the same boat. I started as an assistant at an entertainment law firm prior to passing the bar. Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate. That was 1.5 years ago and I am still in the limbo of juggling my own workload + doing assistant roles for my supervisors. I have also had no increase in pay, which is a huge deal for me.
