McKinsey & Company Bain & Company Polling undergrad hires: does the culture at your firm let you breathe in the evenings? For example, to be offline 6pm - 8pm daily for gym and dinner, and then continue working 8pm-11pm

1. Decent WLB (55-60 hrs a week in EU / NA) and make partner (and then earn sweet money) vs.
