Hi, I need some advice. I verbally accepted one offer of company A however company B sent me a better offer and I accepted it officially (ie signed). However, I have not told company A and they are still trying to send me the offer document, should I wait for the document before backing out or should I just back out now?

Can anyone share what are the usual components of a flexi benefits basket and to what max amount can you utilise them.
Eg. Communication fuel etc

Hi Everyone!

A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?
