My DOJ at OFSS is in next week.
I got a mail to submit the remote onboarding docs. The mail stated that I will recieve a mail again from my manager and I need to touch base with him.
Can anyone who recently joined OFSS let me know, when does the manager connects with the new hires and what is the process ahead.
Looking for genuine answers.

I am about to join OFss but i have not received any mail regarding my DOJ yet during interviews I gave me probable date of joining as 16 th August is this normal I have officially not received any mail regarding my DOJ or anything after OL .I confirm my hiring Manager but said he will start the process I am trying to reach him since Friday via mail and call no response wat should I expect at this situation.

YOE: 8. Technology :PLSQL
Position: Principal consultant
Gross: 17LPA. PF: 1LPA
Variable: 2.5Lpa. Joining bonus: 1 lakh
Total 20.5LPA +1

is it good?
Any idea about average CTC for same YOE.
