Has anyone ever left Chubb to go to Liberty or Travelers for commercial or middle market underwriting or even a sales rep role? If so, how do you like it? Came from The Hartford and love Chubb so far, but curious to see what else is out there.

We are renovating a condo and the previous owner had two Crane toilets (not sure how old, but functioning although seals are old according to our contractor). Back outlet flour mount ones are the only options for the building, and one toilet can cost $300-$500.

We are redoing all the bathroom tiles and walls and debating what we should do with the two toilets. Would resealing the toilets extend the use life? Or should we just replace the toilets? Any other recommendations? TIA!!

I just moved here so this might be a dumb question so please don’t judge. Why does my laundry smell like pee and how can I fix it? I used a common washer and dryer in my building. Is it because of that? Is it mold? Is it the water? I air dry my workout leggings and they all smell really weird and I don’t know what to do 😔

3 years in this apartment without any pests or bugs..2 months before I move out I wake up to a mouse freaking out in one of my bags. I grab the top of the bag and walk it out.. as I’m walking it out I see a mouse that looked just like the one I saw in my bag run past me.
