I received an offer from Sanofi and have already informed HR about my LWD at my current organization. I've also completed the submission of all required pre-employment documents, including the signed offer letter, medical reports, and background verification details.

I wanted to check with others who have been through this process — after submitting the documents, did you receive any further communication from the company immediately, or did updates come closer to the joining date?

M&A/PE associate (trying to juggle multiple deals) feeling like I don’t have time to dive deeper into issues and it being highlighted in some of my work product as I am having to turn things right away and just pushing things out - so issues I may have caught if I had a better/deeper/higher level understanding are more apparent when partners review.
