Any idea the salary/total comp for a Healthcare strategy consultant at Accenture? TIA!

Hello folks - Requesting your feedback and advise on below offers:

Deloitte (CBO): Senior Consultant (L3) - 155k Base & 20k Signon Bonus - 94% raise

Capco: Principal Consultant (1M/2M revenue target)- 185k Base only - 131% raise

Benefits are not included, but not sure if that can make much difference in selecting an offer (but plz let me know if they do). I've 16 YOE (12 Years Technology PM roles, 4 years Consulting).

What is your opinion on better offer and why? Thank you!
