It’s easy to change team. But you will have to work hard to learn backend technologies. First volunteer to work on a small backend project in your team and shadow the backend team on their project. Also do some courses on Udemy. You will need to learn Java spring in your current team and then apply for IJP

While accepting offer in Wipro my friend directly clicked accept and submitted after reading all the pages. But didn't fill the signature and date column in all sheet since text was not enabled. At bottom of every page in offer letter it shows as signed by user name ,user email address & date when she signed. Could anyone please confirm if this is fine or not ? Do we need to fill signature and date also above because she couldn't do anything now. Is this offer letter valid now?
