Any recommendations for mileage runs? Based out of IAH and pretty close to 1K (less than 1K PQPs away) and I don’t think I have any travel coming up anytime soon.

It’s crazy how limited business class availability is on points. If anyone is an expert here and can help me get 3 biz class tickets IAH- DEL, happy to pay. Looking in October 2nd week. I have all types of points

Rental car question: is there a noticeable difference between Premium Cars and Luxury Cars for Avis rentals? Worth the cost difference? Will be from IAH.

Will be driving a fair bit in Texas this weekend, and I want a car that's comfortable to drive while being nimble enough to dodge the Mad Max paper plate Altimas that seem native to Texas interstates

Quick question for my DTS travelers: if I don’t wanna take part of a flight back from a school that I’m attending, can I just push the flight in United without any repercussions? E.g., flying back from COS to DEN to IAH on 5/20 but I wanna stay in DEN … can I just push the DEN-IAH segment in United and not get on the plane then? Will that land me in trouble? Can I even mess with DTS flights on the United app?

Houston Airport IAH is a big shot show. Contraction causing traffic delays by about an hour

Is it just me, or do Texas airports abnormally have more people wearing cowboy hats? Like in IAH, every 10th man has a cowboy hat, but in Houston itself, I'll see a cowboy hat maybe once during a trip.

Recently flew RT from IAH<>JRO. Booked through United, most of the legs were on Ethiopian Airlines. Spent around $1200 on economy.

Somehow walked away with 30K miles and ~3600 PQPs? Maybe worth calling out is that the accruals didn’t appear until I filled out the missing miles form, and United customer service upgraded two of my shorter legs to economy+.

Any thoughts on how I ended up with so many PQPs? Would love to ride this train to 1K!

Terminal E at IAH is a madhouse this morning for precheck. Those who get to airport 15 mins before boarding might not make it lol. Clear is short tho.

Currently Gold on United. Will be about 7,700 PQM short of Platnium as of ~Dec 10 (when my last planned work flight is). Worth doing a mileage run to get Platnium? Cheapest ways to do it? Based at IAH
