I was interviewed on 29th nov2025 and compensation review was done on 5th dec 2025. I have not yet received my offer letter and hr is saying it is on hold due to internal business discussion. How long it will take any idea ?

I went to a nearby mall with family.
There’s this toy train in which kids sit and train runs on the floor.
I envied the job of that train driver. Kids smile at you, say bye to you!! Even if you bang into someone they gonna smile, and not escalate..

1/2 I launched Preppally.com a couple of months ago, by now I had 60 paying clients. Preppally is a career e-learning and career guidance platform for commercial profiles who look to find a job at tech companies.

~95% of our users found a job within 6 months. I am spending tons of time converting users, often having 121 conversations etc. One they convert they are very satisfied.
