Does anyone here have or is actively pursuing a Masters or Doctoral Degree aside from an MBA?

How are people earning? I mean I have my salary income but I want other sources as well that should be around 20-30k per month. I tried stock market trading index funds, but it is really frustrating as somedays I am super up and somedays super down, zero patience. What are other sources I can achieve this goal?

Thoughts… offer received from FAANG. The HM was to connect w/ me & didn’t reach out. I sent another email and then connected. Red flag 1. The lack of follow up. Next sent email on a question & said would get back to me ASAP. 10 days later, no response. Red flag 2. I sent another email & also asked about my first day as I have no agenda and need them to set up laptop. No response. My 1st day is Monday. Red flag 3? I know they are busy but should I be worried?

Hi strangers, tell me what to do with my money 🤠

I’m 22 years old still living with my parents with minimal expenses. I make $65k, maxed out my 401k, have no debt, $30k in an HYSA, and $13k in a brokerage account. When I move out in 6 months or so, I estimate I’ll need $12k in an emergency fund. Should I put everything except that in my brokerage account? I hate that I have so much in the so called “high yield” account only making 0.45%

Thoughts on PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP certs? I have approximately 9 years of HR exp and my bachelors and MBA. Been debating on whether or not I need to fulfill my urge to get a certification. Wanted to get some thoughts around whether you have a similar background and opted to or opted to not get their certification? Thanks!
