Best consulting firms for work-life balance? I know consulting is chaotic in nature, but just curious to see which ones are the best in dealing with this?

I have four offers listed below.
1. PwC: 22 fixed +3 lakh variable Role: Senior Consultant in tech consulting
2. Adobe: Fixed 23 + 2.5 lakh variable + 3 lakh joining bonus: Role: Value Consultant
3. Natwest group: fixed 25.5 Fixed Role: BA
4. SHELL: 21 fixed + 3 lakh variable Role: Product Analyst

Please help me choose the company. The parameters I'm looking for are good work life balance and growth opportunities.
Current CTC 18 fixed. YOE is 4 years. MBA from Tier 1 college.

Anyone here who made the exit from Big 4/MBB consulting to a VC? If so, I’d love to hear about how the experience is so far. (Not to mention the WLB and comp!) I’m considering a career change but have no one in my network I can go to for insights. Thx! 🙏🏾

Anyone working in synechron for DKP group? How is the WLB and job security there?

Anyone else having trouble focusing today? Every time I have a long break and come back to the office I’m reminded how much I don’t like my current job. ID Associate and I have such a hard time concentrating even after a week off. I find it mind-numbing and unfulfilling. I’m never excited to come to work anymore for the past few months now. Just found out from a legal recruiter that I’m also way underpaid here. Hopeful I’ll get a job in a diff area of law or find another calling altogether.

How’s your work-life balance? New job at a new company and wondering how to clarify standards on this

A recruiter I’ve worked with in the past reached out to me gauging my interest in a Director role. While I meet the role requirements for the most part, I’m not sure that I’m prepared to move to the next level as it would certainly put me outside of my comfort zone. At the same time. I also have young kids and I want to find a good work/life balance, but my current job environment seems a bit unsteady and I don’t have great balance there either. Thoughts and opinions on what to do?

Anyone has knowledge of EY structured finance group? WLB? Client base? Team culture? Exit opportunities?

I’m at a mid size transactional firm. I’m a total night owl and my partners have OK’d me starting the workday at around 11am because I regularly work until midnight or later. I get so much more done after dark! I still get some side eye from other associates, but 🤷🏽‍♀️

Does anyone else here have an unusual work schedule? Curious what adjustments you’ve made to make it work.

Left IBD to quickly - VP1 opps?

Long story short - was lured into an opportunity to do BD for a large PE PortCo… better work/life balance, but honestly miss the deal cycle.

Anyone know of open VP1 opps right now?

Quick background - former MM banker (think Raymond James, Piper Sandler size) doing FinTech and Asset Management within FIG, but also open to other sectors.

I like my team and work life balance, during the pandemic was very beneficial to my wellbeing. However feel I owe it to myself now, to be earning what I’m worth in the market (I’m underpaid by a fair bit) especially with inflation costs

Salary check. I am currently an in house attorney. 12 YOE. Large company with great coworkers doing regulatory work for the insurance industry. Good work life balance. I live in a high COL city. Out of curiosity and to test the market, I interviewed at a FAANG. Did not get the job, but found out TC was 350k, significantly higher than my TC 230k. I thought I was compensated fairly, but would love to see your thoughts.

I’ve been practicing in both big law (many yrs ago) and now in-house for over 10 years. Quite often I struggle because I don’t find work fulfilling. I’ve been in industries that allegedly have greater cause (healthcare) but was eventually disappointed by the corporate bureaucracy and went to a cutting-edge tech company for intellectual stimulation.
