Did anyone work in gartner consulting? How is the Associate director role and how many levels in between to reach partner/principal

Want to interview for BCG data engineer principal/ manager role in coming weeks. Anyone willing to refer?

Am interviewing for a director, product role at a SaaS unicorn fintech. Currently a principal/associate partner in a boutique strategy firm, have 16 years of total work experience. Would you know if I am interviewing at the right level? (Still learning how the levels in a product organization match against consulting levels). Any pointers?

Does anyone knows what is the compensation range for Associate Partner/ Principal role at EY? Thanks I’m advance.

I am torn between moving to a product director role (unicorn fintech) vs continuing my current role (principal at a M&A strategy boutique, can make partner in 1-2 years) vs moving to corporate development roles (no offers yet). Looking at jumping to other firms, but trying to navigate the positions they use for data and analytics leaders in consulting. I’m trying to move up overall, but can’t seem to find position alignment that sticks out; less director titles, and more principal engineer titles.
