I am at a career standpoint where i am really confused what to do.
I have 4+ yoe in RPA .I really dont think its sustainable as a career .I am willing to learn and move into something different.
But what i am really confused is how would i manage to switch jobs without any prior experience?
I already earn 13-15 lpa,why would anyone offer me same level of package without experience?

I am a python developer with 3+ years of experience. And now I am thinking of learning c++ . So guys can you help me with these questions which are coming in my mind:
1) Is it worth learning C++ at this stage.
2 ) If yes what kind of opportunities I can grab by learning C++.
3) How much hike can I expect by learning C++ on my current CTC.

I have rejected other offers :( so have to join cba.

CBA is risky, TCS is 10 times safer.
CBA will pay more and give you yearly hikes if you survive, TCS may not pay well and will give negligible hikes.
Decide what you want in your life according to your family conditions.

If you are joining as developer it is ok , but other roles are risky
This is true, my friend as QA has a pressure to attend dev interviews, they want all QAs to all sudden change their profile to dev and internal people they are going for codility test along with multiple rounds of interviews. There is no ramp up plan or learning plan for transition. Its a sinking boat now, avoid joining here and look for better options
