Wondering if anyone has experience and/or pointers for an initial roll out or "paper-less" open enrollment using the UKG Ready platform.

Company currently uses the platform for payroll and applicant tracking, but wondering what the admin and user experience is like for managing the annual benefits open enrollment process all through UKG Ready.

Question for folks in here who work at a company with unlimited PTO/vacation - how do you manage this from being abused by employees?

Looking at Saas sales for supply chain/planning software as an account exec. Base is low so I’d have to bank on commissions. Anyone in a similar role concerned about hitting targets with looming recession and possibility of low conversion?

Can a company legally change my position and OTE? I was hired for a specific segment and now just weeks into the role they said they are moving me down a segment due to business needs. The salary is the same but the commission went down. Wether legal or not this is fucking insane.

Hi all, new here. I just landed an HR position and I have my first HR meeting on Wednesday. My manager asked me to come with a fun fact about myself. Argh I hate doing these things. What’s a good fun fact that’s not too cliche?

Is there any resources someone can point me to about the potential legal issues and more information from an HR perspective about contingent employees (temps, contract workers, part-time workers) versus normal FTE’s?

Curious is anyone is hiring on looking for a remote L&D specialist?

Attempting to leave car sales due to the high stress and crazy schedule, however I’m not looking forward to a pay cut. Any tips on how to cope with the sales stress or should I forget about the money and try for something more laid back?

I’ve learned my boss is moving on to new opportunities, and there isn’t any plan to refill their role, which will leave me as an HR team of one. I don’t have the experience to fully take on all the work, but plan to give it my all.

My company has always had SalesForce but it was not really a tool that we used or that anyone looked at. Over the last year my company has put more stress on growth (to be acquired or IPO) and they are now obsessed. I know it is important and necessary and my boss is clearly becoming stressed with our entire team.
