Hey All,

Need some help. Cleared 3 rounds and completed my Panel Interview for Solution Architect role in Salesforce last Thursday. No reply from HR for last few days, Sent a note this morning asking about the status/decision.

No reply from HR yet. Is this good or bad ? Do they usually provide with feedback if you don't make it in the final round ?

I’m applying for IBM Solution Architect within the Salesforce group. Do I need to know how to code?

Saw a post recently about wlb being worse at a startup than consulting.

Interviewing with an unicorn which is expected to ipo in may be 5 years. So trying to get an idea of what the consensus is based on folks who have already left.

I had 2 rounds and made it to the Panel, but how does that deliberation go? Does the Panel have the final say? If I mess up the panel, will the still take into account that the first 2 rounds went well? Nervous for the Solution Architect Panel interview I have tomorrow.
