I got an offer and a immediate joiner as company got shutdown. Got an offer, the new company asking me to join immediately. I said yes since didn't had a job in hand. Though I'm getting more calls from HR. My concern is I didn't get chance to negotiate and all.

Also I want to give more interviews. How to manage the newly joined company and how to handle HR who are calling. Don't want to look RED FLAG to the new company I joined. And want to grab better opportunities as well. Help!!!

Our district is so lax on the students this year. With tech issues and distance learning days, we’ve gone from accommodating to enabling real quick. No penalties for late work, taking excuses for attendance, lower academic and behavioral standards... We were beginning to make so much progress on transforming our school culture, but this year is erasing that and then some.
