I left an omnicom agency for a Publicis one. My new benefits cost me 250 a paycheck (medical, dental, vision) for my spouse and kids. At omnicom it was 630 per check. That’s fuckin robbery right there.

Question for my 401k focused advisors out there--what programs are you using that is instrumental to your 401k practice that you simply can't do without? I'm being pitched on Envestnet & im not sold.

Are per diems the same amongst firms? What is your per diem in a city such as Chicago?

Difference:
1 Tiger offers 4 lakhs more than fractal
2 Role in fractal matches my current role. Whereas the role is tiger in 2 level above current role & i need to boot up for the bigger responsibility which I'm a little worried about being new co
3 Insurance benefits are good in fractal.

I’m moving from a clinical healthcare role in the NHS to strategy consulting with Deloitte… what should I expect? And do you have any advice for me?

Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.

What would you take?

I read this super interesting article about how big companies like Toyota are investing in social-emotional training for their employees and seeing massive benefits. I actually think this could be a whole separate class for students of all ages. Learning about conflict resolution, growing your own self-regulation skills...it's really important.

Between two offers, "Associate Principal" for m&a consulting in the Healthcare industry vs a Director at a F300 company doing M&A and Partnerships. Consulting pays about 50k more. What does the future look like in consulting? I am a bit nervous jumping from from "industry side" to the "consulting side".

is it OK to negotiate if you agreed upon an offer and number seems low when you see in offer letter . would the company/manager can block you if they feel like you are playing because you show interest and negotiating multiple times?

I have an offer of around 39 LPA + bonus and my wife is holding an offer of 32 LPA in India. Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. My wife currently doesn't have any offer for Germany and might need to search for a job after reaching there. Is it worth? Need your suggestions please.

I report to the COO and currently make $94k + up to 10% annual bonus based on company hitting their revenue goal + I have 3000 stock options. I have 3 YOE in customer success but pivoted to a non technical program manager role at a series c tech startup last September. I have been getting consistently positive feedback at quarterly reviews. What raise should I aim for?
