Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. Before taking FMLA for 12 weeks I was a top performer. Any advice from those that also live with bipolar disorder, or advice on a potentially a less stressful position to ease out of sales? Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth. First day was yesterday. Had no communication about when or where to show up, sat in an empty office for about half an hour before a couple people finally showed. No phone call or email. Sent an email to the founder, no response. I could easily get my old job back if wanted.

I have multiple years of working in Sysadmin/Tier 2-3 roles. Still experience trouble getting another SysAdmin role since I lost mine. I live in a state with plenty of work if sec-cleared. I cant get one.
