I had joined a company month back.
I am not able to stay due to toxic work culture and huge targets.They have 3 months notice period.I told I want to resign.I have not sent any official mail yet.Manager is telling I need to complete my targets even in notice period.The main reason to leave is targets and pressure.
What can be done in such situation
Do they terminate me in notice period if I don't achieve target?
Please help

I have resigned from my current organisation and have asked for an early relieving. I have offered to buyout the remaining of the notice period but my manager is not agreeing citing reasons as procedure of the company. My offer letter with this company states that I can leave early in lieu of payment of the notice period on mutual agreement. My manager is simply not agreeing as he is angry that I’m leaving. Can someone help me understand that legality of his adamance?

I need some advice from you guys. When we joined a company they said bond is for 3 years. Now at the end of bond period they are saying bond is 3.6 and plus 3 months notice period. When we asks about that they are saying if you don't want experience and relieving letter you can leave. What can i do in this kind of scenarios. Please help me.

When a firm does rebadging (make employees join another small company who takes care of HR, payroll, etc), are they not supposed to give severance pay to the employee?
