I have 6.5 years experience in .NET. Worked 4 years at Infosys (EPF available), 3 years in small companies (no EPF), and 10 months in one company where I absconded (EPF present). Cleared interviews at TCS and CTS. TCS rejected due to absconding. CTS rejected due to missing EPF acknowledgement mail. Wipro and Mphasis also ask for EPF or Form 16 for BGV. Facing issues with MNC BGV. Anyone faced similar?
