Anyone have accurate total comp breakdown for a program manager roles at Rivian?

Any thoughts on expected compensation in the industrial-military complex at a mid-senior level? Example titles would be Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager Associate Director at a company like Raytheon, Lockheed, NG, etc. Related expertise would be in software engineering, cybersecurity, program management, etc.

Just made manager at a big 4 with experience in IT audit, Internal Audit, and SOX mainly. Considering leaving as I’ve started feeling more and more burnt out. But I have no idea what my options are. I’m considering trying to change fields completely versus finding an industry job related to IA, Sox, etc… even if it means taking a step back. What would be something I could change to? A program manager role, business analyst, or something else? Trying to maintain similar salary vs improve WLB.

Anyone know what Program Manager packages range from at Intuit? I feel low-balled. I was on the initial 30 minute call and they asked my expectations, so I stated I’d like to here their range. They stated max salary: 167k, rsu 70k (4yrs to vet), and bonus 15%. I expect salary to be 225-300k and RSU to be over 100k

I have over 10 years in the payments space, some IT experience, and 8 years of Product Management. Role is based on Palto Alto/San Diego. Are there different Program Manager levels.

Interested to see, but which would you pick and why:

Program Manager @ Google
Sr. Product Manager @ Amazon

Keeping all things constant (pay, salary, benefits, location etc.) Not factoring in team at the moment because that changed the experience, but just based on company and role.

Hey all - looking for a rough comp estimate for the following criteria: company is non-tech, $100M annual revenue, roughly 100 employees. Would be coming in as a program manager managing roughly $50M of work but would not directly own the P&L (yet). Reporting up to the top as it’s a small firm. Unsure if equity is an option at this point but curious what base and cash bonus could look like. Thanks!

Hi! I'm trying to gauge what my chances of getting hired by FAANG or other big companies including startups would be like w/o a Bachelor's degree & what kinda compensation should I expect? I'm currently getting paid $99K base + 5% bonus.

I've worked very hard to claw my way up to Sr. Program Manager/SAFe Agile Coach/Scrum Master Lead role (10+ YOE) by aquiring multiple SAFe Agile certs and am now in process of acquiring cloud architecture & cyber security related certs from GCP, AWS, and Azure.

I am currently a year 2 consultant who would be up for manager next year and could be making around 150k. I have an offer to exit to industry for 140k (10k higher than current salary), trying to decide if it’s better to leave now or hold out for the manager tittle.

Also, any tips on asking for a signing bonus? Is 10% of the offered salary too high? This is the perfect role for next step in my career, so I’m scared to lose the opportunity. Help!
