I would suggest dressing a notch more professional than the people you're going to meet. Just as a sign of respect. It sounds odd to have people in the insurance business be that relaxed. But it's good to demonstrate that you can look professional should you need to be dealing with clients, etc.
I’d play it safe with business casual. You’ll still look like you "get" their style, but also that you’re bringing your A-game for the CEO. Better to be slightly overdressed than accidentally underdressed, right?
I’d wear what you’ve been wearing. I’m typically a dress pants and polo guy but that’s industry standard for my job.
I wouldn't overthink it. Business casual. A button-down and slacks. Don't dress up too much, but don't go in jeans. You'll be golden.
I agree with this! I don't think anyone would even think twice if you did business casual. You have got this! Good luck to you.
Since you’re trying to make a good first impression, it’s better to be overdressed than underdressed. If you feel as though he will be in relaxed clothing, it’s better to be in business casual. Then once you’ve gotten the job, you can dress down.
