I am a recent college graduate with a B.S in health sciences and I have had the hardest time trying to find a job. I’ve interviewed a few times with some going as many as 5 rounds and I still haven’t secured a job. What could I possibly be doing wrong? So far I’ve edited my resume and honed up my interview skills.

Was interviewing with a company before winter holidays. Hiring manager returned this past Monday and I was supposed to hear feedback for next steps this week. Can I follow up today?

Dear members, m entering into the hiring process for Strategy& - CDD team for Manager in LDN office (not assigned a sector) through an agency referral. Can someone help me to understand the whole interview process, kind of questions asked and typical time taken from interview to rolling out the offer? From what I have been reading very few candidates actually convert full time offers, is that the case?

Done with EY interview for C++ and DB for a consultant role.

Questions were basically on oops concept memory allocations functions virtual etc.

Just found someone highly recommended, experienced, patient, etc. Interview went super well but candidate disclosed they are in recovery for substance abuse, last relapse 2 yrs ago. DUI. Thoughts?

What questions should you avoid asking in an initial interview? Compensation and comp structure? Partner track? And what time is appropriate to ask?

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. I had 10 slots to choose from. I took the first slot available. Three were one day earlier this week and the rest are next week. Does it look good (or desperate, lol) on my part that I took the first time or should I have waited until next week so that I would be fresher on their minds when choosing a candidate? Also, do interviewers still appreciate a handwritten note after an interview?

Couple of days back I gave an Interview for AT&T. Interview went pretty well. It was for the ELK stack profile cum Data Analytics. Wanted to know how much should I ask if I get selected.

Total Experience: 11.3 yrs
Curretnt CTC: 21 LPA
Tech Stack: Python, API, SQL, Elastic Search, Kibana, Power BI, Excel Macros, Data Analytics

Interviewing for a strategy associate role, with 4 years of consulting experience. What should I expect in terms of salary? Wasn’t brought up in the phone screen or the first round interview.

Hi there! Does anyone know of employment agencies that can help an individual find a job? I have 6+ & 7+ YOE in HR & L&D, but I’ve applied to hundreds of jobs over the last 6 months and can’t seem to get a single interview. I’m feeling a little defeated, and every time I google agencies I get responses saying they only work with companies. Alternatively, if there are any seasoned vets out there willing to look over my resume and/or help deconstruct with me, I’d very much appreciate it!

Surprise all associate call at 11 today. Wonder what this could possibly be about. We were told last week that associate pay cuts were not happening but could later. I guess later is one week, lol.

I'm PAST burnout at this point. I'm not sure what to call what I am right now.

Been with my current employer for a year and I am already burnt out. My team has been very supportive but I keep getting the feeling that I have had enough. I don’t even know where to start. I am the second operations hire for the firm. The 1st one is a genius without social skill and nitpicks my work based on wrong assumptions that flew around their head. I am no longe mad just want this to be over with.

I recently cleared all rounds of interview for Mindtree and waiting for the offer letter. However, since Mindtree has been recently acquired by LTI, is there any layoff expected to happen in Mindtree?

I am a first year associate and was asked to come up with 3-5 goals for the upcoming year. I have no idea how to set goals, however, given my work stream seems to be at the whims of our assignment coordinator. Do any more seasoned litigators have suggestions for tangible things I should try and work towards this year?
