How does Associate Partner role at Gartner Consulting compare to similar roles at other consulting organizations (like IBM, Deloitte, EY or Accenture) ? Trying to evaluate offers and finalize from Publicis (Strategy consulting), EY (Senior Director, Digital Transformation) and Associate Partner (Gartner Consulting)

I’ve been looking at SF positions for director and senior director of program mgt. I’d be interested in knowing avg TC and what the WLB is like, and would really like to chat with someone in that role now, or someone who could refer me.

Software Sales question: I just got a job offer to join a post-Series A with under 20 employees.
On the equity piece, I was offered .1% equity at a $142m valuation. This is a Senior / Director Sales role where I'll be blending IC duties + managing a team as we grow. I felt this offer was a bit low from the equity side. Anyone know how to evaluate this?

Interviewing for a senior director level role in HR at a midsized (~2,000 people) tech company. Expected to grow 50% YOY for the next few years. What should I look for comp-wise?

Exiting to industry for a Corp Strategy Role. Company is deciding between Senior Director or VP levels for title, but pay won’t be too differentiated. Role is to run the company’s strategy group. Company is ~$1Bn revenue sized in tier 2 city. $200k base, 30% bonus and 20%-40% equity that takes 2 years to vest. Should I push for the higher title? How does this comp compare with what other similar roles are offering? Like the team so far and excited about the company’s growth trajectory.

What is the equivalent position of a Senior Director at Alix Partners, in other firms such as McK, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Kearney, Strategy&?

Trying to laterally move to another in house position. At my current company, Counsel is a Manager level position while Senior Counsel is a Director level and General Counsel is Senior Director. Would like to find if Counsel is a Director role at other companies.

I am weighing my options here
1. Option 1: Join the industry at a Senior Manager position in a mid sized med device company in it's 5th year under a PE firm (mention this as there is a potential that it may be sold). Spoke to the Senior Director and it's going to be a clean slate. Need to build things ground up. My base salary falls by 10k. Bonus component is very promising and everyone told me that the bonus payout has been great

2. Option 2: stay with PwC. Take the additional 10k cntd...

Offered to join Slalom as a Senior Director with a 90k raise compared to my SM role at Accenture. Any perspective on what a Sr Dir role at Slalom entails?

I’ve gone through 4 rounds of interviews for a Product Management role at a FAANG company. Was told before the last round I just completed that it would be the last round (basically involved a case presentation to sr leaders within the group). Heard back from HR that they’d like to schedule me for one additional round with an even more Senior Director from the team. Fish fam - any experience having additional rounds added or what I should expect from this latest final round?

Saw an EYP Senior Director move to AlixPartners and another to A&M. Both specialized in M&A IT and have experience in DD, sign-to-close planning, TSA exit planning, PMI etc. around IT assets.

I left an agency about 1.5 years ago (content manager and prev social) to go in house (copywriter). Long story short, agency wants to offer me a senior director role. However, this isn't client facing and would be marketing for the agency itself.

I left to focus on writing. I love the company where I'm at now. The agency is small compared to my current company, but the title could be helpful later. Thoughts?

Recently I got referred for a consultant role at BCG by a senior director of the knowledge management area (I did an internship). I applied, but after going through the application I got worried that I don’t have a GMAT score and I don’t come from a top tier school (MBA). Do you guys think I have a chance? I have good experience in pharma (+7 years commercial roles in big pharma).

Question for my fellow consulting 🐠.. have a potential industry opportunity with a 20% salary increase. Allows me to be mostly local doing stuff I like with a boss I really love. Been with the firm for about a year and am doing decently well and actually enjoy my work and like my boss. That said, don’t covet the partner track but unsure whether the move within a year is a bad choice. Currently am a director and role is a senior director..long term see myself in industry..any thoughts?

Is senior director a relatively new title at BMS? I don’t see very many glass door entries and not as many LinkedIn profiles either. Was this a post integration role?

Recruiter contacted me about an audit principal/signing director position at CLA. I'm assuming that is like RSM's senior manager/senior director position. Anyone have more details on compensation? This would be in a medium COL city.
