I can see including it if you had a strong GPA and are recently out of school. Once you have jobs and experience, though, I don’t think it’s as meaningful to include on there.

Thanks for your input. I can see it being less meaningful. Does writing it harm you though?
As a manager, high school GPA does not make difference to me. I was one with a lower GPA, high testing scores and extremely high work ethic and integrity. My GPA is the exact opposite of how I perform at any job.
Chief
Thanks for sharing that. I think that it is definitely a good mentality. School seems overrated and not the real answer to life.
Unless you were applying for an internship or something in education, your GPA won’t matter. If the hiring manager cares about your GPA, they’ll outright ask, but they’re not likely to do that. I wouldn’t stress about it and putting your GPA on your résumé and kinda looks juvenile if you do include it.
Chief
How is it Juvenile to include your GPA? You worked very hard for it and should be proud. Isn’t it a form of gaslighting to not include it and pretend you never achieved summa cum laude in school. This world is quite frustrating
No I’m sorry. Congratulations on getting an near 4.0 but it doesn’t matter. No employer cares what your GPA was. They only care that you completed the program. Including your GPA might do more harm than good. Stick your gpa on your LinkedIn profile and employers will see it if they care but they won’t.

So all that effort to get good grades was not worth it?
