Current CTC - Fixed 8.2LPA + 80k bonus

Offered CTC - Fixed 14.5 + Performance bonus

Is it good to accept? How about hikes and performance bonuses in Deloitte India?

I'm joining next week, will I be eligible for the current year hike? and approx %?

I feel under qualified at work but I also don’t know how much of it is in my head or in reality.
