4 screeners right after a quit is actually a pretty good sign, so i wouldnt assume the resume suddenly broke. Hiring can go dead quiet for a week or two, especially around a holiday, and sometimes the pipeline just resets for weird timing reasons.
If you're second guessing the resume tho, I’d check 2 things first: are those roles the same level/title as the ones that hit before, and did you apply with the same version every time? I had a stretch where one resume got bites, then nothing, and it turned out the bullets were too generic for the newer jobs so ATS was probably not matching me well.
If you can, compare your resume against 1 or 2 of the job posts line by line and see what keeps missing. I ended up using ResumeJudge for a quick ATS scan once and it basically showed me the exact missing keywords and a formatting issue I wouldnt have noticed. Also worth scanning formatting if you use columns, icons, or a fancy header, cause that can quietly tank things. Are the 4 interviews from before all in the same industry, or was it a mixed bag?
