Any California biglaw firms that do workers compensation defense?

Left my old firm on good terms but as time has passed and with therapy have realized how toxic it was. Just read that they were disqualified from a big case they were probably very excited to get due to a conflict of interest issue. Trying not to feel too much schadenfreude. That’s all.

Is it frowned upon to jump to your third firm as a third year associate? Each jump was for higher comp and opportunity.

We get $5000 a year for outside courses/training. Was looking into the leadership courses offered at Harvard business school online. Anyone done any of these courses. Any they would recommend.

Anyone have any connections or work at Salesforce? I am very interested in working for them but all applications are "in consideration" within their HRIS with no way to contact anyone. I have already reached out on LinkedIn to recruiters within the organization

Is it normal to have a yearly requirement but get emails/phone calls any month you come in “short” (below the estimated monthly requirement to meet your yearly goal) regardless of whether you’re on track to meet or exceed your yearly requirement?

Is letting a firm or recruiter know that you are willing to “taking a lap, associate year, etc.” for a certain job/firm a bad call? My thought is that it shows interest in the firm/opportunity (and that you’re willing to take a bit less $$$), but want to confirm this would not be perceived negatively.
