I overextend many times, but my motivator is never the company, its my zeal to learn, that motivational factor has kept me going till now. I am not loyal to any company, because even if you die by overworking, there are high chances HR would say ‘its due to other health reasons’ and will never state overwork as one of the factors, and also in this generation, they can remove any employee any time.
That being said,
It’s high time for you to reprioritize things, rethink why you are working or earning, set your boundaries appropriately. Take a break and be back with your own level of boundaries, do enough work that doesn’t make a non-contributor but also sustainable in long run. If the company is trying to overwork you even after you try setting boundaries and you do not like it for whatever reasons they may be, may be it’s not the right place for you.
