Is L2 interview at Larsen & Toubro Infotech like managerial round?

6 months pregnant and just laid off. And 40% of my severance was just taken in taxes .. I just spoke with paid family leave and I no longer qualify even though I had been paying into the program (thanks NY).. I already applied for unemployment but doctors are telling me I’ve got 10-14 weeks left in this pregnancy.. so stressed having twins and being unemployed, no maternity leave, no paychecks coming in, and I’ve been applying but not a single interview.. just ugh. 😭

Had my first phone screen interview with KPMG last week with offshore recruiter. How long does it usually take to potentially hear back for next steps with internal recruiter? Not sure if covid or the new year is playing any part.

How do you guys manage multiple interviews in one week while trying to be effective on your current job? I have interviews with 5 different companies next week and it’s been a scheduling challenge to say the least…

I put my profile up on Hired on Tuesday with what I feel like is a high minimum base ( 200k ) and I’m getting 5 or more interview requests a day. Am I shooting too low? I’m not really looking to leave my current job, but I wanted to see what’s out there and gauge my worth. ( current base 180 TC ~300 )

In myCompetency portal, my primary skill is being displayed as X, where my primary skill is Y. When I tried to change it, it goes to my approver for approval and she's declined to approve it with reason that your interview was taken for X technology however it is not correct, my interview was taken on Y technology only.

Also, she mentioned that your current project is based on your X competency so we can't change it.

How to deal here?

I feel extremely low and I am overwhelmed with my thoughts and to-do list that I struggle to complete daily chores. Here are important things to do - 1. Job search (Apply, get referrals, prepare for interviews - Leetcode) 2. Start the Canada PR process.
I also feel physically tired (triggered by low vitamin levels) and I am still processing a break up that occurred 5 months ago. I cry myself to sleep everyday.
Any suggestions on how to move forward and get things done while you're depressed!?

Completed a process for a position about 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard back. They indicated it would be a lengthy turnaround given they are setting up a new fund and building the team top down. Would it be rude to ask for a timing/process update? Driver of me wanting to push is I have moved far along in another process and don’t think I’ll have much time to decide. The slower moving opportunity is more attractive to me but there would likely be one more round there to complete.
