Is anyone hiring an SEO manager in Chicago?

Do I negotiate my salary and benefits package? I was offered a 30k raise for a new position at another agency, which ended up being 10-15k more than what I was asking for. I don’t want to seem ungrateful. The downside is the target bonus is only 5%, which is down from my current 10%.

Anyone interviewed with LinkedIn? Manager role. 45 min interview-30 min std case, 15 min behavioral. Any insights into type of cases and typical behavioral Qs? What do the linkedin people care about?

I am a python developer with devops knowledge.

As far i know lead solution advisor not applicable to IT industry.

I lied on my resume and I got an offer anyway. They never checked my references, but the HR Manager says they know someone at my last job. The lie is that I didn't actually have the level of position I said I did. They're going to be seeing the person they know soon and will talk about me then, but they are hiring me on faith in the meantime. What the hell do I do?
