Absolutely not. I get that no two situations are alike, relationships are different, etc., but I learned this the hard way in my first serious relationship. It's really hard to trust that person again and the betrayal tends to cast a cloud over the relationship, even if you really try not to let it. If you think the person is worth giving the second chance and that you're capable of true forgiveness, maybe it could work out, but I personally wouldn't ever put myself through that again.

I would get to know the reason for betrayal, and see if the other person's perspective can be changed.
