Referrals for a project manager role or campaign specialist/manager? Currently a marketing coordinator, taking a project management course via Google coursera

Hi all,
I am new to fishbowl and I'm in search for a new opportunity. I'm a full time Project Coordinator in the construction industry and a part time Junior IT Project Manager in a Tech company (internship).
I am looking for a remote Project Manager or Scrum Master position in the IT industry that pays $90k+ to replace both of my current roles as I'm passionate about the Tech industry.
I have a Bachelors in Business, Google Analytics and Professional Scrum Master Certification.

I just got an offer for a hybrid Product Owner / Scrum Master / Project manager role for a SWD company.

Wonder what I should counter. I have five direct YOE and two indirect.

Base: $145k
Bonus: +10%

It feels a bit low but it’s also more than I make now.
