I have received offer from Qualcomm. They haven't mentioned about relocation bonus or accommodation in the offer letter. I have tried reaching the hr since the next day of hr round but they haven't responded to my calls or mails. Any advice on how to get accommodation and relocation bonus. Or is it not possible anymore? FYI I'm in city x and the offered position is in city y of another state.
Update :
After several follow ups Hr have agreed they will give the relocation bonus and reimbursement

Based on what you mentioned, my simple suggestion would be to join Infosys.
It is always a better option to go with a known, lesser evil 😄 (please read in a lighter note, Infosys is still a good org for many), than to jump into a completely unknown environment with no data, insights, connections or reviews to be in a position to be able to make a call about it.

currently which company have been placed, Infosys is standard organization in terms of policy & pipelines, where Hyand is seems German based startup company where you couldn't know all level of company policy from onboarding, placing in project, if some rampdown project, keep in bench, waiting period, if some project came placing in project, etc would be there in well established company, startups will be sucfessfull, if consider us stakeholders or business partner of the company however those core metrics are very less in IT sector. everything is all about the luck in the survival & our personal luck however in the past message come to know in startup when there is suddenn breakup in the project, they dont have any clear vision about bench policy or what to do next for the employee etc., are confusing in the startups
