I know a young designer looking to make some connections (coffee, info interviews, agency tours, etc). She's great/talented and my agency wants to hire her but haven't pulled the trigger. Leads?

I had several interviews with Deutsche bank and they have verbally offered the job about 2 months ago. I noticed on Workday Tuesday the status says "offer in progress". In the time between, I did get some calls the offer is still in progress and is slowed down due to manager out of office (among other things). How long should I wait until I need to call back and get an update? And this type of situation commonplace?

Hello everyone, So I finished my BA this May. I took a million years to find a job and the one i have now is definitely not long turm for me. I have a BA in Communication and Im thing of getting a masters. Im not sure what would be a good next move. It too forever to find this job and Im worried that Im not going to find anything. Nor do i know what i want to get a masters in just yet. Any suggestions are appreciated!
