In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.

UBS If I had to move within the company to a different location , how does it work? For example if I move from low cost of living area to high cost of living area does the company re-evaluate the base salary within USA? Or do they come back and mention its your family requirement since your partner is located and you are moving ?Suggestions or experiences any !

Need few valuable suggestions on below situation.
One guy A joined as a fresher in Wipro for 3.5LPA(been 3 months around, no project allocated yet),
And then an offer was in pipeline with Y and finally received an offer with 5LPA and the role is related to cyber security.
Note: pf account is already created by wipro and Y is a good mnc though Any suggestions on how to handle this situation?

There are companies with 30 days notice period like Redhat, Wingify. Actually this policy is subject to change and the change can be so abrupt that a company with notice period equal to 30 days may change it to 60 or 90. Well I believe startups may have this said 30 days np
I have 60 days notice period in HP. One of my friend is working in Oracle and having 30days notice period.
I didn't know that about Oracle. I wonder if it's always 30 days or just for some job roles.
MS has 45!
I feel like required notice periods also depend on what position you are at some companies.
I haven't seen any with less than 90
I think there are quite a few, actually, but I'm not sure exactly which ones.
I haven't heard of any places doing 30 days, I usually see 90 days which is just :/
