I have been in the role since Feb 2018, initially as a Supervisor, and in the beginning of 2021 got promoted to Assistant Manager. Prior to this role I worked as a claim adjuster since the beginning of 2009. I feel my current comp for my role is underpaying me ($80k CAD), but wanted to ask here to get perspective.
