A good way to connect with recruiters is to start with LinkedIn. Make sure your profile is updated with the type of role and location you're targeting. Then start following recruiters or staffing agencies that specialize in your industry and the city you’re moving to. A simple connection request with a short message goes a long way.
Connecting with recruiters on LinkedIn is a great start. Especially if they have the “hiring” tag on their profile picture. Reaching out to them directly and introducing yourself will put you on their radar.
