Anyone looking for a Senior Art Director? Who is hiring right now?

I am an Account Executive and work in the programmatic team as part of a wider agency, but I’m not sure this is where I want to be. I want something more collaborative, creative, and less to do with numbers and budgets.
Does anyone have any idea what I should look into and how I could transition into that role?

Looking at an in house counsel role at an asset manager but interested in ultimately moving to the investment side. When to best bring this up? Post offer? After working for a year? How would you structure?

@Guidehouse hiring managers - I have a few friends at the firm who keep referring me to roles I have ~90%+ alignment to, but nothing seems to even make it past screening.

Do I need to just start finding practice area Directors on LinkedIn and aggressively networking directly to get in? What do? How job?

I currently intern for a major stock exchange within index R&D (pretty much a data scientist role) and previously as a data product PM. I hate my job so much. I want to get into EdTech and currently got a side project going on helping charter schools new comers apply for funding through public policy strategies and build out their infrastructure. Can any of the older people in this forum teach me how to leverage and pivot this into something that I can use to break into edtech? Please help

I have 15+ years of US and international healthcare YOE (clinical ops, mgmt, prod imp, apms), 10+ of which have been in non-trad consulting roles. I don’t have a masters but am applying now. I’ve been contracting on a number of fed projects for BAH with VA, HHS, etc for 5 years as SME/imp spec.
I’ve was offered a fed healthcare ops specialist role at boozallen at associate level $140K. I was originally told that the role was a lead. Growth and title are imp. to me. Is this salary low?
