Is it possible for an AE to transition to a Project Manager position or would I have to start as a Project Coordinator first?

As a UX/UI designer with a non design background (just a minor in interaction design), i find it rough to get more efficient at software. Figma, sketch, adobe CC… idk if i just need more practice since it doesnt come naturally or if im in the wrong field. Just a question for those here. What does anyone see as a job outlook for a pharmacy technician that has 15 years of experience and is studying for the CPhT? I would like to return to 100% remote work and, understandably, most job postings that are about my caliber are requiring the cert. I am thinking of possibly pivoting into an IT job that would be fully remote later on down the road, but I’m interested in seeing what is possible now (and an average pay) for someone with my experience.

Got an offer for PgM L3. I have 4 years of consulting experience at a big4. Is this normal? I feel like I’m being pushed backward / low balled. Thoughts on rejecting and waiting for 6 months / one year for an L4 role?

My spouse and I are filing taxes for the first time; I'm a US citizen earning $100k, he's a non-US resident who made $20k last year. We have no children, but I have $300k in student loans and am on the Income Based Repayment plan. I know if I file "married jointly" then the tax savings will outweigh the potential increase in IBR payments, but I also know that my husband will likely be earning much more over the next few years.

I am the type of person that uses checklists and needs time to organize and prepare in order to present something in a logical way. However, there’s this one partner I work under that doesn’t use checklists and tends to call out of the blue for status updates on things that occurred a while ago. Is there a way to tactfully ask if you can circle back to something once you’ve had a chance to refresh/prepare instead of sounding like you don’t know what’s going on?
