Hey there! Congrats on starting an awesome club! I’ve found that the best way to run meetings is to have an agenda and stick to it (for example: if you’re going to do any review on debate techniques or something, then practice) If you can email or share it with your members prior to the meeting, even better. Make your expectations clear from the get go! 😃

Contact your local NAP (National Association of Parliamentarians) Chapter.
Toastmasters will have folks in forescincs to help with the actual debates. Your local colleges will have debate teams.
Depends what type of debate activity your program focuses on..

As for meeting management: I sit with a calendar and loose leaf at the very beginning of the year and plan all of the meetings (dates, objectives, activities, etc...). Since I teach high school, I usually also list out the officer duties and what I expect from them and by when.
I give the officer info (the duties, my expectations, and the deadlines) to them at the beginning of the year, so they can plan accordingly.
