I’ve had issues since high school, but just formally got diagnosed with ADHD. I’ve always managed to get by okay at work (I’m no super star), but remote meetings have been really difficult for me and I now feel like I’m barely hanging on. Trying meds now, but no benefits yet. Pros and Cons of disclosing the diagnosis to my team, partner, or firm? I’m torn.

HELP. 1 year commitment. Ms are terrible. Want to leave but I’m filling in for someone on maternity leave. Highly specialized work. So, a month ago I was offered a data engineer position at a fintech firm. I was going to accept it. The interview process had taken over a month. Then, at the last minute, an old coworker/friend - who is a manager at FAANG now - randomly offered me a data engineer __contractor__ position at a FAANG. For context, I am just looking to run a pivot and then run the macro and have it show the pivot table completed with the right fields in columns, rows, and values and then also formatted how I want.
