That’s high I typically pay 15-3500 for access to an entire house.
So many factors. What town is it in.
Do they require police. Do u need to stop traffic. Etc etc.

Probably depends on the neighborhood, city and how savvy the homeowner is. Might be able to get away with a few hundred bucks. Not like they actually have to do any work for the money if it’s the exterior except stay out of any shots.
My friend got 5k a day full access to his Brooklyn brownstone. For a month. Of course, it was a Spielberg movie. 😐
$3,500-$6,000 for still shoot depending on city. Need to factor in permit for parking if needed, subsequent parking fees, and then paying the next-door neighbors if they’re persnickety.
yeah that’s really high for exterior. I would think $1k-$2k, a little more if they are able to use interior spaces for green room and rest rooms, etc.
$1500-3000 is plenty. standard home location fees for entire home is around $6K in the Toronto market.
It depends on the house and what city you're in. Also size of footprint. If you're someplace like LA, Chi, Atl, or NY, expect to pay more. For a bigger video production I will budget up to $5k per location (for full access) unless for some reason the shoot requires more than that (usually they don't). For a still shoot with a smaller footprint, it can be anywhere from $500 to $3500 depending on access and the type of location.
Also, some cities still require a location permit even if you're only shooting on the private property. Factor in insurance as well. And parking, etc as was stated above.
I’ve paid very little and I have paid $50k. Depends on what you need, where it’s located and the value of the property. In LA, I bid a minimum of $6k. The days of $2k are long gone unless you are shooting in Arkansas.
2 to 5k, really depends of course on what city, what neighborhood, the size of the property, parking situation, etc. It’s a rough window that should help you.
