In order to keep morale high, we have to be able to take (PTO) time away from work and recharge. Most companies request feedback through surveys to understand how time off should be structured.

First, would you complete the survey & provide truthful answers? If given the option, would you also provide additional details of what you feel is the most beneficial for time off? How would you describe it?

I’d answer if the questions were specific. I’m not writing an essay answer on a survey, to be blunt.

Easy and to the point will get a lot more answers for sure!

Even if they say the survey is anonymous, I answer them as if my name was written at the top. I would be somewhat honest, but not to the point where it could make me a target.

I have always answered knowing the survey is never anonymous, especially since you're answering with company equipment. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a fool. I try to provide constructive feedback, but my filter breaks on occasion...😉
