Is anyone seeing an increase in offshore development teams? I'm interviewing for PM/PO roles, and the majority of the engineering teams are offshore.

Hi,
I received an offer as Senior QA Engineer in Coforge. The offer mentions a hike of 30℅ from my current salary, no joining bonus and I'm assigned to band 3. There is also a mention of the probation period of 6 months. Can this be considered a good offer?
