My current salary is 13lpa in SQL, Plsql domain. I just interviewed with mindtree and they are offering 16lpa in big data . Should I switch or negotiate for more. Yoe-4 and new to big data.

I am currently working in non tech as an analyst. I have learnt SQL AND Data warehousing concepts. I am thinking of switching to any data related role Data Analyst/Data engineer. Appreciate your views/thoughts on this.
Should I have to learn some more to switch or should take up any real time projects to start a career in the above mentioned fields.

Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.

Hi folks, I’m sitting in a conditional offer from Microsoft for a cyber sales position which I’m absolutely thrilled about. Yesterday MS announced hiring freeze on some Azure and cyber and removed some open positions which made me think a little. I need help with compensation info. I received an offer of 120k base (TC 140k) with JPMorgan (NJ Office) as a senior IT Audit associate and I've interviewed with Microsoft and awaiting feedback for IT Audit Manager role (remote). I wanted to know what the compensation breakdown (base, stocks, bonus etc) for the Microsoft role will look like. Also, is it worth waiting for a response before signing JPM, as I've stalled for a bit? I have 6+ YOE. Thoughts please.
