Is NYS really not going to extend my unexpired credits to the new 30 month extension? Can someone please confirm if they are updating unexpired credits to 30 months vs 18months (current)

I have one credit expiring June 2024 but with this new release schedule that means that I will need to pass 3 exams before March or else my current credit expiring June 2024 will expire

I think youll only get till june 30, 2025.
The 30 credit rule starts for any test going forward.
Any unexpired credits as on 12/31/23 will be pushed to 06/30/25

My unexpired credits are still showing to expire 6/30/2024 though. Not sure when they’ll be updated but was hoping someone had an updated date

Email them to confirm but they should be

What is the standard yearly hike in IT Security industry in North America? I have worked for 7 months in Threat Intelligence in a company in Canada, and I got a yearly hike of just 3% in my first appraisal cycle. My manager says that you get 3% when you are meeting expectations but not going above and beyond. Is this the standard or am I being underpaid? According to me, I haven't gone above and beyond every day, but there are some things I did work on exceptionally well.
