I got laid off because of covid and need to discuss the severance package with my ceo tomorrow. Company offers 6 months, I want more as it probably will take much longer to find a new job. Any tips for a conversation like this? I’m normally a strong person related to my work but feel very uncomfortable and uncertain right now. He is a good talker and I’m afraid he will walk all over me.
