Is it worth looking for another opportunity?
I am afraid after seeing layoffs news of EPAM, Publicis Sapient & most of the other companies calling employees in the office.
I love my WFH in PwC India & base location of Kolkata. & the best thing is stability in PwC India, they never lay off!!

Working on a deal where buyer's side keeps on insisting on a POA to effectuate all actions of Seller under the agreement, including executing documents. I keep striking this and commenting that this is not standard. Has anyone dealt with this? I am okay with a limited POA based on the industry of the Seller, but not this general POA.

1. Plan for retirement- I am looking to do the following calculations : calculate total corpus required at retirement based on inflation lifestyle etc. , calculate total amount my investments will grow at retirement age ( 401 k , savings etc, ). What are some common reasons that a COUNTIF formula might not be working correctly? I'm using the correct range and value to count. I'm not seeing "ERROR" but the values aren't correct (it's not counting everything). Thx.
